My dear friends, my wife and I are both international students in the U.S., we have a U.S. bank college visa credit card and have started using it to build our credit history but recently we have received a letter from U.S. bank that we are also pre-selected for a U.S. bank visa platinum credit card based on our account relationships with this bank. Do you think this is really a good opportunity for us to use? Does that really help us in building a stronger credit history or do you think the one that we already have should be sufficient for us? Thank you very much in advance for any advice or useful information you could give us.

Thanks for your query friend and it is not a bad idea to go in for the offer put in by the bank if you are confident enough to manage your funds wisely. But make sure you read the offer document in detail and get all the doubts cleared .
